Excellent Location and Great Amenities

The location was convenient. Shopping and restaurants were very close. I found the staff to be friendly. Ghani was especially helpful. The free refreshments in the fridge were a nice touch. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was worth having. The variety of options suited me well.

The shower cabin door didn't close properly. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor after each shower.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to major attractions. La Madeleine metro station was nearby. It provided adequate transport facilities. Galeries Lafayettes-Haussman and Printemps were within easy reach, alongside quality restaurants on the hotel's street.

The hotel staff seemed courteous and helpful with all requests. I found them to be responsive and kind throughout my stay. Farouk at the reception desk was particularly admirable. His hospitality stood out.

The beds were super cosy and soft. It ensured restful sleep. I also appreciated the super high quality towels. The rooms were decorated really stylish. This added to the overall experience. The room was meticulously cleaned every day, a detail that was appreciated.

The breakfast buffet had many options to select from each morning. I found it well worth the cost. The quality of the food was high. There were many choices each day. I was always able to find something.

faulty shower door misrepresented room

i was quite disappointed. The shower cabin door didn't close properly so water went all over the bathroom during each shower. THE room was also smaller than the one i booked, and it was misrepresented in the photos on the website..
